Teachers > Jessica Benson - 4 year old class - Teacher
Jessica Benson is the teacher for our four year old classes. She came to Queens’ Park Preschool in2003. Jessica is a fully certified Early Childhood Educator and has a Bachelors from Simon Fraser University in French and Psychology. Her previous experience of over 18 years includes teaching at a French preschool, supervising in daycare, after-school care, teaching in a variety of after-school programs, driving a school bus and teaching gymnastics.
In addition to thoroughly loving her work at the preschool, Jessica believes in a play-based philosophy and that parent participation preschool is a valuable experience for both the children and the parents.
Jessica lives in the community with her husband and two school-aged children. Her husband is a Queen’s Park preschool alumni, and both her children attended the preschool as well..
